Sajid Aziz, the CEO and Founder of the TOP-HR,
serves as the HR Transformations & Sustainability Expert and Corporate Trainer, bringing a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in diverse industries such as Pharma, Manufacturing, Engineering, Retail, IT, Health Care, FMCG, and Packaging. With a strategic leadership role, Sajid is a seasoned HR professional known for his multidimensional expertise and as a custodian of sustainability for net zero emission.
His educational background is characterized by a dual master’s degree, M.SC in Earth Sciences, and an MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM). Additionally, Sajid holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Organizational Development (MAJU-2007) and a PGD in Labor Administration & Industrial Welfare (NILAT-1999), reflecting his commitment to continuous learning. 
As a Global member of the World ISO HR Technical Committee (TC-260), Sajid Aziz is actively involved in shaping industry standards. His professional acumen includes significant contributions to the transformation and restructuring of companies, aligning strategic objectives at all organizational levels.
